چکیده
Background: Kidney transplantation gives the best quality of life to chronic kidney disease patients and also increases longevity. Aim: Analysis factors responsible for early delayed graft functioning in live cadaver renal transplantsMethods: It was a retrospective observational study. Donor recipient age, sex, BMI, comorbid illness, status donor kidney, duration severity associated bladder disorders were collected. Operative like perfusion time, cold ischemia blood pressure fall, need transfusion, vasopressor support recorded. Patients divided into two groups based on versus function. Results: 27 cases Live transplant 23 transplants included. The average age cadaveric 43.5 ±7.6 years 38.3 ±10.5 years, respectively. 24 Transplant Recipients had Early Graft function (89%). Seven Cadaveric (31%) 16 them Delayed Function (69%). HLA Mismatch, Perioperative Hypotension BMI statistically significant relationship with p values 0.02, 0.004 0.007, With p-value 0.021 0.046, respectively, perioperative hypotension ischemic time Function. Conclusion: have better function. Hypotension, are predictors

Dialysis modality and delayed graft function after cadaveric renal transplantation.
The purpose of this investigation was to compare outcomes in the immediate posttransplant period for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal (PD) dialysis patients who received cadaveric renal transplantation. Data were obtained from the United Network of Organ Sharing on all cadaveric graft recipients who were dialysis-dependent at the time of transplantation between April 1994 and December 1995. Bas...

OBJECTIVES To define the risk factors for delayed graft function and study the impact of such delays on renal function and long-term allograft survival in renal transplant recipients. DESIGN Single-centre retrospective study. SETTING Regional hospital, Hong Kong. PATIENTS Records of 118 Chinese renal transplant recipients from 1 July 1997 to 31 July 2005 were reviewed, and categorised int...

Predictive Values of Urinary Interleukin 18 and Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin for Delayed Graft Function Diagnosis in Kidney Transplantation
Background: Delayed graft function is a main complication after deceased donor kidney transplantation that adversely affects graft outcome. Difficulties in prediction and early detection of delayed graft function have hindered the ability to perform proper therapeutic interventions. We investigated whether measuring urinary interleukin 18 and neutrophi...
متن کاملNomogram for predicting the likelihood of delayed graft function in adult cadaveric renal transplant recipients.
Delayed graft function (DGF) is the need for dialysis in the first week after transplantation. Studied were risk factors for DGF in adult (age >/=16 yr) cadaveric renal transplant recipients by means of a multivariable modeling procedure. Only donor and recipient factors known before transplantation were chosen so that the probabilities of DGF could be calculated before transplantation and appr...
